The deadline for filing claims is upon us, so ANY delay could endanger your claim

This information is particularly important for companies which have had problems related to the BP/Deep Horizon Oil Disaster. Areas of loss include lost business opportunity, lost contracts, lost income (including lost rents), loss in value of property and other related losses. It is possible that you could use the best year, possibly the best 3 months going from 2007 to April 12, 2012 in making this determination.  Projected profits for a startup might be used.
